"I honestly think I only get 5 mins in before I'm asleep!"

Bobbie

or

Three small fishing boats coming in toward a white village on a rocky coast at dusk, a pink line left in the sky.

“I've listened to the same stories again and again, and I still don't know how they end. I'm always asleep first.”

Sandra

“If your mind is still racing when your head hits the pillow, I highly recommend [these] stories. They're warm, calming, and offer a gentle way to unwind…”

The village at night from the lighthouse: white houses climbing a hill, small yellow windows, a curve of beach in the moonlight.

Where the stories happen

A small village on the Spanish coast.

Up on the headland, a lighthouse keeper lights the lamp and watches a small village settle for the night: the harbour, the bakery letting its bread cool, the warm old wall where a small dog in a flat crown likes to sleep. His name is Freddie. Every night is a story from here.

The Settle began life as Prince Freddie Sleep Stories.

An oil painting of a long empty beach at sunset under a peach sky, the low sun laying a gold path across the sea, footprints in the wet sand leading toward a white lighthouse on the headland, boats pulled up on the shore and a small whitewashed cottage at the foot of the cliffs.

Questions

Which app do I need?

None. The free stories arrive by email with a play button. Premium plays in the podcast app you already use: Apple Podcasts, Spotify or any other.

Is it meditation?

No. There's nothing to do and nothing to get right. It's a story, told slowly, and you're allowed to fall asleep halfway through.

What happens after the 3 free stories?

The third email invites you to try Premium, with 7 nights free. If you'd rather not, the free show is always there, and a free story still finds you each week. Unsubscribe any time.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. The free week needs a card to start, and nothing is charged until Night 8. We email you 3 days before it ends, so nothing is ever charged by surprise. Cancel in two taps from the link in any of our emails, or from letthedaysettle.com/cancel.

What if I forget to cancel?

Email us within 7 days of that first charge and we'll refund it in full. No questions, no forms. It covers the first charge after your free week, monthly or yearly.

Is it for children?

No. It's made for anyone whose mind won't switch off at night. It's gentle and clean, but it isn't written for children.

Tonight, let someone else do the talking.
